Primary Focus

I support all kinds of births: Homebirth, Hospital Birth, Belly Birth (C-sections) and I specialize in VBAC birth and Tikkun Birth (after a traumatic birth). I believe that birth shapes our lives in profound ways and the more empowered you are- the better your birth and postpartum journey will be.

About Me

I have trained as a certified doula in the USA and Israel, with over 15 years experience supporting women and families as they journey through the fertility, pregnancy, birth and post partum journeys. I am also a life-long learner and have studied with homebirth midwives, herbalists, and am a BRM (Body Ready Method) certified practitioner. I believe in women and their innate ability to bring life into the world. I am here to support this process, advocate and make sure you get to birth in the very best way for you, your baby and your sweet family.

Why I Do This

Ever since I was a child I remember thinking of birth and women as magic. I always knew I wanted to take an active part in helping women heal and bring life into this world. The healthier women are, the healthier the world is. I truly believe that. When I was 16, after being present with my father when he passed away, I knew deep in my bones that birth and death are a revolving door and I was ready for the birth door. Birth called to me and I answered.

My Unique Approach

As a mom and a vbac ,complicated birth tear tikkun survivor, miscarriage and birth processing ninja, I felt that Hashem sent me these complicated life experiences with one mission in mind- Heal and heal other women heal too! I combine evidence-based, physiological and holistic methods. The goal is for you to have all the tools you need to go through this awe-inspiring experience in the way you want and dream to!
